Custom Design Process
Consultation
In order to create your custom invitations we need to know exactly what you are looking for. Fill out the custom request form or contact us for a quick phone consultation or so we can get a feel for your vision.You can also just shoot us an email with your ideas. It's ok if you aren't sure exactly what you are looking for. We can give you several different options and ideas to choose from.
Deposit/Wording
The design process will begin once we have received your signed contract and 50% deposit. {An invoice and payment form for you to submit your deposit will be e-mailed to you. Payment options include personal check and Pay Pal.} At this time, you will need to provide the wording for your invitations as well as any photos or material you would like included. Please make sure that you look this over for the proper spelling, capitalization, and punctuation before sending it back to via e-mail.
Options/Proofs
You will recieve at least 3 design options within 2 weeks of sending your contract and deposit.
After making your choice and making any changes you require you will receive proofs of your entire order (RSVPs, Reception Cards, etc). Proofing is a very important step in making sure that everything is perfect.
Two proofs are allowed during this phase to make any corrections or changes that may occur. After that, a $25 proofing fee will be incurred to each additional proof. Please provide all changes in writing. Jenrik Designs will not continue the process until you have signed a proof approval contract. Any misprints to your order will be reprinted at your expense, after this point.
Printing
Once you have approved the final designs, final payment is due before the printing process can begin. No cancellations or refunds will be granted after your order has been placed with the printer.
Shipping
Items will be shipped as soon as your order is received from the printer. Jenrik Designs is not liable for any damage that may be caused during the shipping process.
If you live in the Topeka, KS area, I can also arrange for a hand delivery of the final product at no extra charge.

Ordering
Once you have picked the design you would like, fill out the order form. Keep in mind that you can change any colors, fonts, wording, etc. Just tell us what you have in mind in the form.
